When I started out in B2B sales I couldn’t say boo to a goose. I had absolutely zero social skills and no clue how to sell, a total social awkwardite and painfully shy – perfect ingredients for a sales person, right? Wrong!
But I learned from doing and constantly honing my craft. Over 20 years I’ve sold face-to-face in over 20 countries, across 5 continents, from selling £50 products to street traders to generating millions in revenue selling to multiple sectors. I achieved all of this by being the quietest salesperson and without turning into one of those annoying sales people.

I’m Anis Qizilbash and I’ve used my more than 20 years of sales experience selling to street traders, NGOs, multinationals companies, investment banks, and government, selling retail, advertising, sponsorship, research, software, services and technology, in startups and corporates, to create Mindful Sales Training.
I help entrepreneurs and freelancers who’ve never sold before, gain confidence and clarity to grow their sales, delivered through speaking and workshops, 1-2-1 life-coaching and sales coaching, as well as a suite of online sales courses. I jump out of bed with a big smile on my face because my students are crushing it (what my clients say). They’re using what I teach them to overcome their fear of selling, developing self-belief and confidence in their ability to grow their sales, doing what they love, with no prior sales experience. This is more than a job; I’m a passionate believer in entrepreneurship and am on a mission to transform the lives of as many people as I can, globally, using my gifts to support freelancers, entrepreneurs and non-sales people sell more effectively and build a stronger economy.
Previously, I served as a business mentor for StartUp Direct, U.K. government initiative offering new ventures financial support, where delivered workshops for promising new entrepreneurs. I also mentored on the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women’s Mentoring Women in Business Programme.
Happily married to my partner of ten years, and mother to Whiskey, a.k.a. Princess Play With Me All Day Long. I enjoy travelling the world with my beloved. I’m an aspiring singer, love swimming, a voracious reader, keen runner, and retired Karaoke Queen and break-dancer.
