When I’m in a negative state of mind I’m totally unproductive. Actually, I’m destructive. I don’t cause any physical harm, but the thoughts and actions that arise from a negative state will only bring forward similar energy. It’s Newton’s 3rd law of motion,

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Being grateful is the fastest and most effective way to instantly shift from a negative to a positive state. So next time you’re feelin’ a little out of flow, or you’re feeling down from a set-back, swipe through these 50 Shades of Gratitude to help shift your state (courtesy of Gaya Today).
