The idea of saying no to a paying client is bonkers, right?
In this video I provide some counterintuitive advice.

You deserve to work with prospects who love and appreciate your magic, so please don’t ever be afraid to say no to prospects who don’t appreciate your gifts.
I used to be afraid, when I first started out in my business. It’s hard, I know. I even agreed to train mortgage brokers. It was AWFUL. I hated it.
But when you do say no, from a place of abundance, it’s the most liberating feeling.
Magic happens.
But how do you say no from a place of abundance? A strong no, instead of a weak no?
Simple.
G * R * A * T * I * T * U * D * E
Spend ten minutes thinking of all the things you’re grateful for. Like, your health, your beating heart, your cat, your loving playful partner, watching the sunrise, the roof over your head, your incredible mind.
See? It’s easy once you get going. That’s all you have to do. Flood yourself with thoughts of abundance.
After your ten minutes of writing down your gratitudes, if you’re feeling worried, anxious, nervous, then don’t say no yet. Carry on with your gratitudes until you feel calm and peaceful. You should feel tension in your body subside, like the knots in your stomach or hot cotton ball in your throat, disappears. Then you know you’re ready.
You got this.
Say NO to those who don’t value you, and you leave room for those who do value you and your work.
And when you work with those who do value you, you get to give MORE of yourself, do MORE of what you LOVE, and be more of who you are. It’s a beautiful virtuous circle.
This was only supposed to be a short note, but I had to share this with you so you’re not afraid to say no.
Tell me
Have you ever said no to a prospect? Or, are there prospects or clients you need to say no to? If so, tell me about it in the comments. I would LOVE to hear.
Oh, and please don’t forget to share this with your tribe. I know there are too many people out there who could use this. Xx
