Accountable: They don’t need bosses breathing down their necks, they hold themselves accountable
Optimistic: They always expect the best outcomes and act accordingly
Great listeners: They listen more than they speak
Modest: They let their results speak for them
Thinks bigger: They think about building a business and not just making a sale
Self-less: They don’t mind who gets the credit, and they’re willing to give a tonne of value to clients, triggering the reciprocation rule
Over-delivers: Surpasses sales targets and gives clients more than they expect
Self-improvement junkies: They’re constantly looking for ways to increase productivity, enhance performance and relationships, and they know this all begins with them
Rapport gurus: They don’t depend entirely on existing client relationships; they’re good at quickly building new relationships
Resilient: They don’t take no for an answer
Fast learner: Great salespeople learn about their client’s market
