We often believe positive people are naturally positive and some people are just negative.
That’s a myth.
Staying positive or negative takes work. It is actually easier to stay negative than positive because our genetic make up as a species is geared towards survival.
But you can train your mind to focus on positivity. Our brains are after all a massive muscle, and just like any muscle, with a bit of regular repetitive training, you can get it to focus on positive.
